the 3 legacy projects of Gary Wilcox

The History of
Oak Bay
Website

An award-winning,
centennial legacy gift —
twenty years in the making
— for the community.
Focussed on early Oak Bay,
highlights include a
virtual 1950s jukebox
and a hot-air-balloon ride
over 1954 Oak Bay.

Outa My Mind is a
retrospective, 185-page e-Book of
Gary's personal creations over the years.
Some projects received international
recognition, most notably Photographer,
considered by some to be one of
the top three photography magazines
in the world. But many of his
creations — including cartoon friends
and music unheard — have never
seen the light of day until now.

with the viewer. He's so overwhelmed by the
"vagaries" of life that he
wears hip waders and
carries a shovel.
